My name is Maas van Duijnhoven, a 22 year old multidisciplinary artist that navigates through magical realms by working with found objects better known as trash.

I have been a collector since a young age and I never stopped filling my pockets with found treasure. from coins and rocks to plastic and sticks.

After having spent lots of time looking for shapes, colours and stories, I started to speak the language of these objects better and better.

through working with them, I came to discover the stories they can tell when combined in new shapes. I have now come to discover ‘the Findlings’

These are creatures made from such found objects. their bodyparts are sourced locally, meaning that every little bit is collected in the same area. Such as cities, beaches, forests or even the garden.

I see it as my mission to discover as many forgotten treasures as possible and show the world their value.
